The home consists of the main and top floor of this Washingtonian row home. Below is a basement unit which is vacant at the moment. All the spaces shown in the picture will be accessible to you and your group.

Guest access

All spaces seen in the photos are for your use. The backyard is also yours and may be used as a parking spot (only with advanced notice to/from Host + requires opening and closing the manual gate)

Other things to note

Street parking can be difficult, please give me advanced notice if you plan to drive into the city. I can try my best to provide a visitors parking pass for your temporary stay.

The property features in-unit washer/dryer, landscaped garden, central A/C, full-time maintenance and cleaning services.
