The space

Guest access

The entire house consists of three floors. You will only have access to the main and top floors. The main floor consists of the living room, a full bath, dining room, and kitchen. The second story is made up of three bedrooms and two full bath.

Lastly, the basement includes an in-law suite that is rented separately. You will not have access to any part of the basement or in-law suite. Each unit has entirely separate entrances and seldom does noise travel between your space and theirs.

The property features in-unit washer/dryer, landscaped garden, central A/C, full-time maintenance and cleaning services.
